Verona: John Holroyd-Reece. Officina Bodoni, 1929 In contemporary orange cloth, peach to front cover faded slightly. Spine, faded, gilt title to brown label. Internally, half title, [5], 6-106 pp, [1], [1] colophon, an edition limited to 120 hand printed printed copies for Holroyd-Reece by Giovanni Mardersteig (1892-1977) who moved his press to Verona in 1927 from Switzerland. Printed for Ethel and Philip Snowden (1864-1937) with her bookplate (Viscountess Snowden 1881-1951) who was a socialist, suffragist & peace campaigner. He was an important figure in the early Labour Party. Per WorldCat, 1 copy only in UK - Oxford Uni.
