Perpendicularly docketed at left edge ?Secy US letter concerning / Documents for Coledges [sic]? Dark signature. Very Good condition.To Samuel C. Crafts who served as Governor of Vermont from October 10, 1828 to October 18, 1831. Van Buren served as Secretary of State from March 28,1829 to March 23, 1831."
