London & Dublin: A.H. Bullen / Maunsel & Co., 1906.. Blue cloth, spine elaborately stamped in gilt, edges untrimmed. Spine faintly rubbed, small bruise to lower edge of rear board, else near fine. First edition. Inscribed in the month of publication: "To Miss Horniman from her friend the writer. Oct. 1906."
