Armando Bayo was a writer, essayist, and journalist who also served as the Spanish-Cuban ambassador. In 1944 he co-founded the Mexican Antifascist Committee, and was appointed Consul of Republican Spain in Guadalajara. He wrote for numerous publications, and authored a large number of books and articles. This particular title does not appear to ever have been published. Armando was also the son of Alberto Bayo, a military officer who served in the Spanish Civil War and led the landing in Mallorca in 1936, later acting as an instructor for Fidel Castro and Che Guevara during his exile. Very scarce; as of September 2017, WorldCat does not show any listings for this title.
