Original brown T-grain cloth embossed in blind on the boards, and in gilt on the spine with title and depictions of birds and game ready for cooking. Illustrated with 8 full page engraved plates as well as illustrations in text, Cloth lightly worn and sunned; plates foxed; light soil to contents, else this is a very good copy. With an ownership name dated 1847.
