Boards a bit soiled. Frontispiece. Two page map. 11 full page black and white illustrations. Generally a very bright clean copy. Peel 1441 Rare privately printed reminescences of Fitzpatrick that saw many of the significant early events of the NWMP in the northwest, including the Second Riel Rebellion. The author has signed and dated the back of the frontis Dec 7, 21. New York. Very scarce and only the 4th copy we have seen. Inscribed from the author and dated in California in 1926. There is a note on the title page saying the author died in Oct. 1927..
