Savannah, Ga.: Georgia State Federation of Colored Women Clubs. [1921?]. Quarto. One leaf folded to make four pages. Printed in black, green and red, photographic portrait of Mrs. Geo. S. Williams, president. Three neat horizontal creases, some soiling, smudging, and tiny tears particularly on the last page. An attractively printed long address by Mrs. Williams stating the Club's goals for the coming year, an ambitious agenda that included registering both women and men to vote, payment of poll taxes, concentration on developing health care and asylums for people of color, etc. Scarce. No copies found on OCLC. .
