Louisville: Globe Printing Co, 1908. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Good. frontis, illustrations, iii, 321p. Recently quarterbound (marbled boards backed in leather). 23cm. First few leaves neatly reattached along inner hinge. Horizontal tear repaired on a leaf toward the end. Moderately browned. No Jacket. "Compliments of the Author Ed. M.
