In a very good+, unclipped dust jacket with fading to its spine as photographed. SIGNED AND DATED BY THE AUTHOR and inscribed to Lucretia Waring (1860-1953) daughter of famous California resident, lawyer and politician Cornelius Cole (1822-1924) with biographical information laid in related to both.
