One of the greatest and most important books of the 20th Century. It was declared to be one of the 100 best non-fiction books of the twentieth century by both Modern Library and National Review. Hayek was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics in 1974. "Hayek has written one of the most important books of our generation." (Hazlitt). Keynes called it a "grand book."
