A rare poster for the classic sexploitation film written and directed by Joseph P. Mawra: a tale of "Unnatural love of women for women! A daring film about Lesbianism today!" [On another interesting note, In 1968, Mrs. Graham-Bell, was an expert witness for the defense in the bizarre trial of Bill Butler, proprietor of the Unicorn Bookshop, brought up on charges of possessing obscene articles for commercial publication. Butler had published a booklet written by J. G. Ballard titled "Why I Want to Fuck Ronald Reagan". The '60's we're transitional, the magistrates still stodgy & freedom of speech not a given. Berkeley: Tamalpais Press, 1965. Folio. (4) ff. One of 88 copies printed as a keepsake for the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco by Duncan H. Olmstead and Roger Levenson. Contains two leaves, one from the undated edition of Chaucer's works from around 1551 and one from the Kingston edition of 1561. In total, the leaves contain three six- and eight-line decorative initials. In 1963, the Book Club of California published its leaf book, The Book of Geoffrey Chaucer, with each copy containing a leaf from either the 1551 or 1561 editions. The remaining leaves from this endeavor were utilized to make up this keepsake. Faint scratches to front panel, light soil to one leaf, else fine in cream paper wrappers.

Red printed wrappers with white label pasted on front cover. Published while Vonnegut was teaching At the University of Iowa in the mid 60's, this novel helped to cement his growing reputation as a mainstream writer. Eliot Rosewater is a man whose compassion and generosity cause his wealthy relatives to consider him crazy. Bright and fine, with a couple flyspecks to the top edge in very good trial dust jacket with light wear and small chip to the left top front corner of the oversize wrappers. A stunning copy, protected by the dust jacket, the book is fresh and bright. The trial dust jacket is rare.

Written to his business partner regarding a film project (The T.A.M.I. Show), typed entirely in capital letters, in part: "...I DID NOT DECIDE WITH JOEL (Steinberger) IF STEWART (Stern) WAS TO BEGIN WRITING THE SCREENPLAY BECAUSE I DO NOT CARE. THE ONLY PROTECTION I WANT IS THAT, SHOULD I GET THE DEAL, AND HE IS TO RECEIVE PAYMENT, HE HAS TO BE AVAILABLE TO WRITE IT..." With handwritten corrections and two holes punched in top margin; torn through to the edge. Accompanied by an original, sealed 1964 album "Back to Back" by The Righteous Brothers, produced by Phil Spector, and an original Philles Records, Inc. 45 rpm "He's Sure the Boy I Love" by the Crystals. The letter is in very good(-) condition; the records are in fine condition.
