ANONIMO (Eustachio MANFREDI)

BOUGEANT Guillaume Hyacinthe
à Paris: 1735. BOUGEANT Guillaume Hyacinthe - Voyage merveilleux du prince Fan-Férédin dans la Romancie; contenant plusieurs observations historiques, géographiques, physiques, critiques & morales BOUGEANT Guillaume Hyacinthe Voyage merveilleux du prince Fan-Férédin dans la Romancie; contenant plusieurs observations historiques, géographiques, physiques, critiques & morales Chez P. G. Le Mercier, à Paris 1735, In-12 (10x17cm), (2) vj (6) 275pp., relié. Édition originale, attribuée à Bougeant selon Barbier (IV, 1091). Page de titre en rouge et noir.Reliure en pleine basane mouchetée. Dos à nerfs richement orné. Pièce de titre en maroquin havane. Un trou de vers en queue. Traces de frottements. Bon exemplaire. *** [English translation available upon request. The firm remained in being until the next century and had a wide influence on map publishing in Germany. Apart from the atlases the firm published a very large number of individual maps. The Homanns produced a Neuer Atlas in 1714, a Grosser Atlas in 1737, and an Atlas Maior with about 300 maps in 1780.
