T.e.g. Dark green boards with sunned leather spine strip, gilt titling, and a gilt vignette on front board. Bookplate of D.D.A. Simpson, late Professor of Archaeology at Queen's University, Belfast. There is also the gilt-and-white leather crested oval bookplate of Alexander McGrigor on the front pastedown, otherwise in very good condition. The book weighs 2,000g. Apparently one of 300 copies privately printed. Scarce.
