Contains four full page photogravures of the villas of Prof. Dr. Singer, Dr. jur. et Phil Stegmann, the group of buildings for the Dresden Association for Small Apartments, and the side entrance of the Villa Müller. The first and last four pages with printed advertisements on newsprint paper for local businesses. Illustrated ads at front and rear of Dresden architects and applied arts. Text in German.
