Dessins 1973-1981
Paris: Musée d'Arte moderne de la Ville de Paris 1981 - Slim softcover, in cardstock wraps that show almost no wear. Looks nice in Mylar cover. Inscribed on title page for James from "son ami Henri." James is presumably James Lord, the American writer and art critic who wrote the book's introduction. The catalog of a 1981 Paris exhibit of Cartier-Bresson's drawings. Laid in is a typewritten copy of Lord's introduction, in English. (Perhaps distributed at the exhibition premiere?) Sixty illustrations, with #11 tipped onto the page as usual. Uncommon signed. 8-1/4 x 11-3/4". [Attributes: First Edition; Signed Copy; Soft Cover]
