Signed by Marie Ponsot, with the following inscription (with no specified recipient's name): I'm so pleased to be inscribing this for a master of your gifts that I can say again, thank you - and "More please!" Marie Ponsot. Off white cloth. 144 pages. Fine in about fine dust jacket, with toning to the white portions of the jacket, but no tears and minor wear to corners. The second book, 24 years after her first, by the recipient of the National Books Critics Circle Award for The Bird Catcher, her fourth, which followed this volume by 17 years. 2013 Winner of the $100,000.00 Ruth Lilly Poetry Prize, given for lifetime achievement.
