Boston: Printed by James Loring (No. 2, Cornhill). 2 1/2 x 3 7/8", paper over wood covers, lacks rear cover and last 5 leaves, front cover broken, defective. Circa 1815. Heartman 435. 2. 3 1/ x 4 1/2", paper over wood boards, not paginated, VG+. A facsimile reprint of 1777 edition pub. in Boston by Edward Draper. (Heartman 60). Published and sold by Ira Webster in Hartford 1844. Contains [3] page prefatory material, introduction and advertisement for this edition before frontis cut of John Hancock. 3. 3 3/8 x 4 5/8", same as above except with 4 pages of prefatory material dated 1849. 4. New England Primer with a historical introduction by Rev. H. Humphrey. Worcester: S.A. Howland, no date, ca 1820. 2 7/8 x 4 1/2", pictorial wrpas, old respining, 64p., VG. Frontis of Isaac Watts and other cuts, printed by Henry J. Howland. 5. A Child's Primer Taken from the New England Primer. NY: Amer. Tract Soc., circa 1850. 3 x 4 1/2, later plain wraps, 61p.
