[Nemchinovk], 28. IV. 1932. - 8vo. 1 p. In red ink. Together with an autogr. postscript on a separate sheet (65:92 mm) and a letter from his daughter Una (small 4to, 1 p). In Russian, to his third wife, Natalja, regarding the financial straits bothering him, and outrageously high prices for a dacha: "[.] I expected to hand off my work on April 20, or 21, get my money on the 22th, but I haven't received anything up till now, all my money is spent, Moscow is suffering from hunger, a meal in a restaurant adds up to 6 rubles. By trying to get a cheaper one for 3 rubles 50 kopeks, I got sick with an upset stomach which lasted almost two days. Another story: My left leg hurts badly, the bones hurt so much that I can not lie on the left side [.] All food rationing cards were withdrawn from housewives in Moscow. All of them were replaced, which, actually, is not that bad since there is nothing to buy at all [.]" (transl.). - Some paper loss to the lower left border, not touching text. Malewitsch über sich.
