Includes several hundred illustrations in black and white, along with several fold-out project plans for such contraptions as "A Syren for Producing Musical Tones," constructing "A Small Cabinet," installing a "Tennis Net Arrangement" (torn from text block), constructing "An Astronomical Telescope", etc. Poor/None. This relatively scarce hardcover volume has significant wear and soiling to the decorative red and black cloth boards, with gilt accents along the spine. There is a nick at the head of the spine. The hinges are split and in need of repair. The text is unmarked, albeit tanned and slightly foxed. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
