T Jew, Gloucester 1836 - Between Ross and Chepstow. In brown card covers a little worn and bumped to corners and edges, title and tooling in black ink. Spine is of green cloth, a little worn and bumped, No title. Internally, NO inscriptions, 12 tissue guarded B&W plates by Bartlett with only the lightest of spotting to some plates, wood cut of The River Ross from Wilton Bridge by A Picken to title page, has the extra engraved title page with the Wilton Bridge woodcut, [2], 32 pp, printed by T Jew, Westgate Street, Gloucester. Very rare, cannot locate another 1st edition either at auction or COPAC or WorldCat, although there is a second edition version (1839) at the Uni of Cal. [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
