The archive also includes: Printed Program, 8 pages, 5.75? x 8.75?, 2 tickets, measuring 7.25? x 2.75?, 2 admittance cards, measuring 4.5? x 2.5?, and 2 portraits of the president and vice president respectively, measuring 6.25? x 9.5?. Washington, D.C., January 20, 1969, all items from the inaugural ceremonies for Richard Nixon. Fine condition. Envelope included. Nixon had almost won the 1960 election, but eventually lost to Lyndon B. Johnson. Finally, in the 1968 election, Nixon was chosen to lead the people of the United States, narrowly edging out the Democratic Vice-President, Hubert Humphrey and George Wallace.
