New York: Privately Printed, , 1910. Slender Folio. Pictorial printed boards. Hand coloured illustrations by the author. Rubbing and light loss of paper to boards at corners, lower end of spine with cloth frayed, moderate wear to edges, front board with faint crayon colour erased from images of bunnies, front hinge weak, internally fresh and water-colours to illustrations bright. First edition, first prinitng. Signed by the author to lower front of the title page, "Hand coloured by Grace F. Hawes". Each page features a delightful bunny illustration followed by a verse. A very scarce title with only one showing on OCLC at the Cotsen Library of Princeton. The Cotsen Library notes that, "The illustrations, reversed, inverted and freely rendered are taken from the Tale of Peter Rabbit.
