Unpaginated (64 pp.), with 15 four-color plates. 7 x 5-1/2 inches. This first and only edition was limited to 4065 copies. CONDITION: Near Fine (a very small "Pasadena Art Museum" on the title page, else a bright, tight copy). [Cited in Andrew Roth, ed., The Open Book.
