Lord Jim. A Tale.
William Blackwood and Sons, Edinburgh and London 1900 - FIRST EDITION. Publisher's original green cloth with gilt-stamped spine and with the upper cover lettered and decorated in black. There is some minor smudging and just a touch of darkening to the spine as well as a couple of tiny nicks to the cloth at the spine tips, else this is a bright copy, Very Good or better. Internally the book is quite clean and the binding is sturdy, with the hinges entirely uncracked, seemingly atypical for this bulky book. With the ink signature of Sigurd Ried[?] and the bookplate of Paul Hyde Bonner on the front pastedown.
