Braunschweig: Klinkhardt & Biermann, n.d. [1964] - Tall octavo. Original mid-blue cloth with title gilt to spine and stylized weaver device to the upper board. In the dust jacket. Very good in jacket with just a small chip from the lower panel, short split to the upper. 160 colour illustrations, 140 of them full-page, map to the rear endpapers. Originally issued as the catalogue for the first exhibition of Caucasian carpets at the Hamburg Museum of Arts and Crafts in 1961.
