Les Corps, Collage
Zagreb 1973 - Roman Cieslewicz (1930, Poland - 1996 Paris, France) was a Polish (naturalized French) graphic artist and photographer. In 1963 he moved to France and naturalized in 1971. He took part in numerous group exhibitions of graphic, poster and photographic art and was a member of AGI International Graphic Association was a commissioner for Musee Nationale d'Art Moderne and Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. His works are in all relevant world's museums. In 1973 Cieslewicz held an exhibition in Zagreb, Croatia in Gallery of Contemporary Art, now a Museum of Contemporary Art (MSU). The exhibition catalogue was published then and serigraphie published in the catalogue was made from this collage. Dimensions of the collage are: 21 x 20 cm. On the backside are authors information on sticker with title, format and date, as visible. The vertical line is not dark orange as visible, the original colour is flashy/bright orange. Important and extremly rare. 21 x 20 Cm
