Oxford, printed at the University Press by John Johnson, 1927.1927, folio, approximately 365 x 275 mm, 14½ x 11 inches, title page in red and black, coloured frontispiece heightened with gold, 41 collotype monotone plates, 2 images to each plate plus plate of intials, 67 pages, original publisher's half green morocco, green cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine, gilt top edge. Binding lightly rubbed, fading to upper cover, slight fading to lower cover, slight shelf wear to edges, top corner missing from first free endpaper, neat ink name to first free endpaper, otherwise a good tight copy printed on good quality paper, text and plates clean.
