Includes the publisher's matching folder containing the author's signed portrait of Dolly Parton (taken at the Symphony Hall, Boston, Massachusetts in 1972) and a photograph of himself, with his inscription on the back: "Hey Paul - late, but (not) never - thanks for all your help. Best, Henry".
