Light toning to text, early owner annotation to front free endpaper, internally clean. Ex-library. Early location label to spine, armorial bookplate to verso of title page. A nice copy of a scarce title. * Second and final edition. This is a scarce anthology addressing the Roman law of slander, libel, torts and injuries by a distinguished group of German and Italian Jurists.
