Contemporary full limp vellum with manuscript title to spine (dulled), leather ties (three missing); pp. [6]. 352; collation: A1-A4 B-Z8; (the blank leaf A1 is pasted to the front inside board but is clearly conjugate with A4). Title page printed within double ruled border, text printed within single ruled border as are the marginal notes and headlines. Binding very good, lightly age marked. Contents clean and tight, very good margins, slight worming to the blank margins of a few pages, light staining to a few pages, minimal pencil annotation; hinges lightly worn, no inscriptions. A very good copy. Scarce. (Bibliographic note: STC lists printer's name as Thomas Snodham and bookseller as E. Blount; referenced by ESTC, S100109. First Edition. Full Vellum. Fine. 4to.
