THE SILVER CHAIR with Illustrations by Pauline Baynes
London: Geoffrey Bles, 1953. pp. 217, beautifully illustrated throughout with the black & white drawings of Pauline Baynes, map endpapers, navy blue cloth binding with silver spine title. Lacks the dust jacket, a couple of minor, very light spots to page edges, and a small chip to the top edge margin of the front free endpaper (map and frame not affected), otherwise an exceptionally fine, clean, square copy (no signatures, marks, foxing etc.; no fading or sunning to the navy covers). Unfortunately, the book was probably never read. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Octavo.
