Sun and Shadow.
Berkeley: (Quenian Press), 1957. First separate edition, one of 90 copies only. Small 8vo, printed wrappers, [21] pages. A short story which originally appeared in Bradbury's Golden Apples of the Sun (Doubleday, 1953), here handsomely reprinted by Kenneth Carpenter of Berkeley in a limited edition for the members of The Roxburghe Club of San Francisco. Carpenter states on the colophon page that the purpose of this edition is that he "cannot refrain from insisting that my friends have a copy of what I consider one of the happiest short stories of our time . . . ". Fine copy.
