Old signature to title page, scattered light browning and foxing, heavier to endpapers. Printer's mark on title and final page. Bookplates of Leo Olschki and Bernadine Murphy. There was a Venice edition the same year. One of two comedies written by the celebrated Florentine, most famous for his "On the Beauty of Women" and his adaptation of The Golden Ass.
