New York: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1925. Copyright date is 1925, first thus edition, memorial edition of Joseph Conrad's works. There was going to be 377 signed limited editions, Joseph Conrad was only able to sign 99 copies before his death. The publishers decided to print 499 copies of which only 99 were signed limited editions. This is the partial collection of the 400 copies. On the inside fontspiece they used facsimile etchings of the original manuscripts in the book Lord Jim the etching is upside down. blue cloth over boards with gold lettering and design on the front and lettering on a label on the spine, with gold gilt on the top page edges. Volumes 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, are included from this 23 volume set. some underlining on the copies of LORD JIM AND HEART OF DARKNESS AND LAST ESSAYS, many of these books have never been read [pages haven't been cut] fore edge of the books haven't been cut. D/J, are in good plus condition a few have some tears, all are in protected covers, bright, clean text with tight bindings solid colletable books, . Memorial Edition. Hard Cover. Very-good/Fair to Very-good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Collection of Works.
