Only the second issue of the Kelmscott Press, it was printed in Morris's Golden type in black with shoulder notes and some lines in red; full border on the opening page with decorative 6- and 10-line initials all throughout--almost on every page; full vellum as issued with title stamped in gold on the spine; soiling and wear to the binding; silk ties are lacking; previous owner name on the front free endpaper else clean; some soiling to the deckled fore-edge; despite the binding not being able to put its best foot forward, there interior is in Very Good condition; a handsome editions of Morris's poetry.
