Austin: Jenkins Publishing Company, 1977. First edition, #256 of 400 copies signed by Hanna and Reese. This copy is additionally inscribed on the half-title and the opposing leaf by Hanna and Reese, who expand at length on the circumstances surrounding Beinecke Library's acquistion of the excedingly scarce 1838 first edition of Rachael Plummer's Narrative, the first account of Indian captivity printed in Texas. Prospectus laid in. Original light brown paper-covered boards over a brown cloth spine, with gilt titles. A fine copy in the original acetate dust wrapper.
