Monsieur Botte
A Bruxelles - Ferra 1818 - A scarce copy of this French novel from Charles-Antoine-Guillaume Pigault-Lebrun. Charles-Antoine-Guillaume Pigault-Lebrun (8 April 1753 - 24 July 1835) was a French novelist and playwright. As almost the father of a kind of literature which later developed enormously, Pigault-Lebrun deserves a certain place in literary history. Complete in two volumes. Condition: In half-calf bindings with marbled boards. Externally, sound, though with some rubbing and a few marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages have some foxing and handling marks throughout. Overall: GOOD. [Attributes: Hard Cover]
