Unpublished, 1900 (Circa). 1st Edition . Good. 5.5 x 8.5 inches (13.5 x 21.5 cm). Rare unpublished work. Author's working copy. Thin card wraps with loss to edges and creasing. Long tear along spine edge of rear cover. Loss to spine. Blank sheets for notes are bound between each page of text. Many corrections to text and added note sheets. No author's name but signed 'D.E.'. Undated but paper and fonts used suggest a printing date circa 1880 to 1900. A collection of dialogues between a doctor and various Geordie patients, the responses being spelt phonetically. Following each dialogue is a notes section give definitions and explanations of some of the words and phrases used. A unique and fascinating item. Overall condition is Good.
