London, T. Bensley, J. Faulder, Rees & Curtis, 1811. Large hardback, 11 x 9 inches. Quarter bound in dark brown morocco leather to spine and corners, marbled paper boards. Marbled endpapers, top page edges gilt. Raised banding; gilt lettering and decoration to spine, gilt line detailing to boards. "Bound by Mudie." In very good condition. Minor rubbing to corners and edges. Some rubbing and fading to leather on spine. Bookplates to front endpaper "Charles A. Hanson," and "James Hobbs." With gilt binders stamp below; "Bound by Mudie." Some minor darkening and foxing to endpapers and frontis plate, some minor darkening to a few page edges nr. front. some minor handling marks, else pages all very clean and tight throughout. 459pp. With an engraved frontis portrait of the Author.
