Amsteldami an: 37. mens: 4.'Two columns of text one in Latin and the other in Dutch:' Si Sophia et peitas, labor et prudentia, zelus, / Si gravitas, etas, dulcis facundia quemquam / Eximerent Fato, vicisset fata Rudolphus: / Præfide quo Amstelijs Christi pia jura manebant. [kolom rechts:] Dees Hemels Ambassaedt, die met sijn leer en leven / Ons meer als veertich jaer heeft trouwelijck gesticht, / En door sijn vlugge pen noch duysenden verlicht, / Heeft hem in s'Hemels Troon met lust tot rust begeven.'
