Spine, has been replaced with new, gilt tooling, raised bands, title in gilt to black leather label. Internally, newer endpapers, some offsetting, frontis, titlepage has small oval library stamp at base, (xiv), [2], 336 pp, 4 pl (B&W), text block edges marbled.Very rare, can locate a copy at BLBND only, no copy at auction for over 35 years.Cobbin, Congregational minister, whose extensive publications included school textbooks on arithmetic and English grammar, and a number of commentaries on the Bible.
