The book is in Very Good+ condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book covers have some light bumping and rubbing. There are a couple of small spots of fraying to the front spine joint. The spine of the book has some generalized fading. The text pages are mostly clean and bright, with some generalized light toning. This book is illustrated throughout with both black and white and three color illustrations. "The Adventures of Three Russians and Three Englishmen in South Africa is a novel by Jules Verne published in 1872. Three Russian and three English scientists depart to South Africa to measure the 24th meridian east. As their mission is proceeding, the Crimean war breaks out, and the members of the expedition find themselves citizens of enemy countries.
