Printed by W. Phillips 1821 - Signed. This Book has been Signed by J. Huddart, son of the late captain, to Humphrey Davy. Ex library book with usual stamps and stickers, edition has been rebound into library boards, blue cloth with gilt title to spine, some minor wear, tea ring mark to front. Binding and text block tight, edges lightly tanned, good for age. Frontispiece in good condition. Text clear and bright throughout, some light foxing to occasional page margins. Fold out diagram to rear present, in good condition, some foxing. Over all, a well kept copy with interesting historial connections. A nice copy.
