[Jonesboro]: Self Published, N.D.. Hardcover. Good. 8vo. [4]pp., 203pp. Copied illustrations. Green binding with gilt stamped title on front cover and on spine. Scattered yellow highlighting inside. Previous owner pasted down white labels with green, yellow, red and blue highlights of Company A soldier names. The labeled names of the soldiers are pasted down below the the title label "Buried at Cross Roads Bapt. Church Paulding Co., Ga. This self published volume has an invoice inside dated March 2, 1992 from the Acquisitions Department Los Angles Public Library returning the copy of this book back to Dorothy H. Herring 6754 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro Georgia. There is a copy of a letter from the previous owner of this book (Doyle Earwood) to Mrs. Dorothy Holland Herring requesting 1 copy of her book "Co. A." The letter is dated March 12th, 1992. Doyle Earwood's mailing labels are pasted down in the upper corners of the front paste down and right front end sheet. Binding is in very good condition. Scarce self published history of a Confederate Regiment. This book is not listed in Broadfoot. Only more current reprints of this title are listed.
