The Gnome Press, New York 1950 - First edition in orangish red cloth, stamped in brown on cover and spine, jacket art by Hannes Bok. The continued adventures of Arthur Shea that began in The Incomplete Enchanter. Inscribed in blue ink on the first free end paper: "To Sam Moskowitz / from L Sprague de Camp / 6/24/1951" Originally from the Sam Moskowitz library. New York: The Gnome Press (1950), 224 pages. A Nearly Fine copy unmarked (except for the inscription) with the boards showing from edge wear in a couple of places and browned front endpapers that looks like it was caused by a newspaper clipping. VG protected jacket is unclipped ($2.50) has some flaking, creasing and edge wear. [Attributes: First Edition; Signed Copy; Hard Cover]
