FIRST EDITION, 1704, small 4to, 210 x 160 mm, 8½ x 6 inches, pages: (6), 3-119, bound in contemporary full panelled calf, raised bands to spine, no lettering or label. Hinges rubbed and starting to crack at top and bottom, head and tail of spine slightly worn with a small chip at tail and a crack across the spine just above the tail and just below the head, corners slightly worn, front inner paper hinge cracked, endpapers browned at edges, printed half page of errata pasted to reverse of title page, occasional pale brown marks to margins, binding tight and firm. A very good copy of a scarce book.
