Original boards with illustrated dust-wrappers, not price-clipped; pp. 164, illustrated with plates after photographs; very light wear to margins of wrappers, initially a few light spots; otherwise a very good copy. First edition of a sought-after monograph on Kuwait. Zahra Freeth, the daughter of H.R.P. Dickson (author of Kuwait and her Neighbours and The Arab of the Desert) grew up Arab-speaking in Kuwait before oil and later wrote a classic on traditional Kuwait architecture.
