Hobart: THRA. 1977. 4to. 738pp. Bound in full red pebble-grained leather, maroon title label, raised bands, gilt decorations and rules. A fine clean copy. ISBN 0909479003 ***Not a publisher's binding; only 750 copies of this book were issued, all in the standard format of black linen and a grey dustwrapper. Executed by the Dove Bindery of Melbourne, possibly for the Tasmanian bibliophile Peter Benson Walker. The number bound thus is not known, possibly ten or so. A matching binding was made for a similar number of copies of the same publisher's Journal of Charles O'Hara Booth (1981). .
