London & New York: Collins & Van Nostrand, 1953. Folio. 120pp. Limited to 295 numbered copies on Pannekoek mouldmade paper, signed by the three authors. Fine in publisher's half-morocco and marbled boards by Mansell. Neat inscription of former owner on front free endpaper. A major reference on the subject.
