Distinct tanning to the endpapers. Some small brown stains (approx. 2cm) to few pages throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions on frontispiece & dedication page. Front hinge cracked. Page missing after front endpaper. Small insect worn holes to edges of pages 101-126. Boards are mildly worn, with bumping to edges and corners. Small splits (approx. 1cm) to spine ends. Spine is distinctly tanned. Pictorial plate on front is chipped (approx. 3cm) & heavily soiled. Visible soiling, small brown stains (approx. 1cm) and other noticeable markings all over the boards.
